Project DescriptionThe design and rehabilitation of approximately 1,100 linear feet of the MWRA Charles River Valley Sewer (CRVS) Section 163 (D), adjacent to the southwest corner of the Allston First Science Complex, will provide structural reinforcement to the CRVS as protection against potential impacts resulting from construction activities in the area. The work will also include demolition and replacement of the Shepard's Brook Crossing structure and the repair and automation of the existing sluice gate at the Spurr Street diversion structure, both of which are needed for flow diversion during the lining work.
