Site Name HistoryThe site is named after William G. Farlow and his wife Lillian, the previous owners of the house.Historical NotesFarlow House was purchased by Harvard from the estate of William G. Farlow. It was used as offices for the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, the Foreign Student Office, and the Appointment Office. It was located at 24 Quincy Street and was demolished in 1961 to make way for the Carpenter Center.
