Project DescriptionThere is additional work to replace the infrastructure for the future tenant. Increase the water service, repair the sanitary line. Build a new shaft from basement to roof to replace pathway for HVAC and other equipment, Structural reinforcement of floor and repair existing conditions that were unforeseen. Replace UG floor drains in basement. Replace the HVAC AHU in kind, replace general exhaust riser and equipment and the plumbing vent. Demolition of existing plumbing, electrical fixtures and FPS to enable new work to be performed by tenant. Demo brick wall in the basement.Related Buildings / Sites
