Project DescriptionThe primary goal of a renewal of the space on the second floor of the Cabot Science Library is to create an open and inviting space that connects with the aesthetics of the renovated space on the first two floors, maintains our current seating capacity and provides both quiet study and active group work spaces. The project will also add electrical outlets to the open seating areas. The new unisex toilet room will replace the
existing mens room; the existing multi-user toilet room will be renovated, otherwise most existing partitions will remain. New lighting and ceiling treatment will be provided.
