Project DescriptionThe Warren Alpert Building vivarium (WAB) is now 31 years old and in need of updates. Scope includes new epoxy floors, replacing three fume hoods with ducted bio-safety cabinets, chaning lighting to LED, correcting wall protection gaps, renewing isolation cubicles, removing select counters from procedure spaces, creating a material airlock, replacing existing cage processing equipment, providing tap reader access control, improving Wifi network coverage, provi ing a new oxygen tank farm and piping distribution, and repurposing a barrier space for staff training.
