Project DescriptionRenovation of existing greenhouse and pit house (cool house) to allow its continued use for plant propagation for use in the Dumbarton Oaks Gardens. The scope includes new glazing (including possibly new structure), waterproofing of foundations, lowering of the floor slab to provide full accessibility to the upper floor, and all-new MEP systems. The attached lath house will be rebuilt in kind, and a tool shed will be added for storage of Garden Operations tools.Related Buildings / Sites
