This project will entail the demolition and abatement of first floor restrooms, first floor east office walls, and second floor cabinets; the re-plumbing of restroom service and additional kitchenette service; the renewal and repositioning of restrooms; the renewal of first floor office/reception room to kitchenette; the renewal of first floor east offices to mirror second floor layou; full re-carpeting of all rooms; and full repainting of all rooms.
