Project DescriptionThe roofing portion of this project consists of removing the EDPM roofing material and insulation down to the concrete roof deck and installing new insulation topped with a Sarnafil PVC membrane. The second part of this project will see the installation of a 55
x 99-inch aluminum roof hatch in the mechanical room penthouse roof. This hatch will allow for the future replacement of the desiccant wheels in AHU1 and AHU2.Related Buildings / Sites
