Project DescriptionThis phase 2 project intends to replace major mechanical systems, in the mechanical room at 51 Brattle Street, that serve fan coil units and fresh air control valves installed in the building during Phase 1. Mechanical systems to be replaced by this project include air handler unit #1, heating hot water pumps 1 and 2, chilled water pumps 5, 6 and 7, and several frequency drives. This project will also modify pipe configurations to improve chilled water temperature control and maximize energy efficiency. The project will also install new building automation systems on the Schneider platform.Related Buildings / Sites
