Project DescriptionThe space is an extension of the space in Maxwell Dworkin basement and third floors. This renovation will provide contiguous space. The corridor in the basement will be diverted. Mechanical work for the spaces will include new fume hoods, upgraded electrical, and HVAC. Relocation of existing walls will also be needed.
