Project DescriptionSpecific improvements include; grading and surface quality improvements to the entrance of the Farmers Market at the intersection of North Harvard Street and Western Avenue, improvements to the plaza area in front of the Education Portal and construction of a shade/icon type of structure to mark the Education
Portal in Barry's Corner, installation of benches and seating, provide a sustainability test bed for LED lighting prototypes, improve edge conditions at sidewalk and greenscape, remove hedge/bush plantings that are harboring rodents, and address the Community's concerns/desire for a more green and softer site.
