Project DescriptionThis project proposes to completely gut renovate/renew the house as a single family home for use by Harvard affiliates. The project will consist of full interior and exterior renovation, including the replacement of exterior siding, a new roof, realignment of interior layout to contemporary standards, new MEP systems, new finishes, restoration of portions of original detail, new bathrooms, new kitchen, new attached garage, and implementation of a new landscaping plan.
