Project DescriptionThe caulking joints on the exterior facade panels are failing allowing water to infiltrate the building in various areas. The existing caulking joints need to be removed and replaced with new sealant. The existing roof has be identified as delaminated in a very recent roof repair and requires significant repairs if not replaced.
