Project DescriptionWe will demise the first floor corridor to accommodate a smaller tenant space in the southwest corner of the first floor and provide proper egress out of Stair 1 thru a fire-protected corridor and out a new door onto Rotterdam Street. We will also modify the restrooms at the west entry to be ADA accessible and have showers for the tenants of the building. We will also modify the restrooms by the elevator on the first floor to open from the main corridor and provide additional showers for the tenants of the building.
