Project DescriptionThe 52 year old masonry exterior of SPH-2 has areas of deterioration allowing for masonry pieces to fall away from the exterior walls. The scope of this project includes removing failed caulking sytem and installing new , removal of spalled masonry and repair of the areas , installing new weep holes and flashing , cleaning exterior masonry and recaulking of all window jambs at masonry contact locations.Related Buildings / Sites
