Project DescriptionProject scope to include shared research lab spaces with new faculty hire, which is under separate project . Phase II will be pursuing LEED certification. Both project phases include interior renovations of existing lab spaces. Construction scope will include demolition of partition wall, finishes, and MEP services limited to the renovation area.
