Project DescriptionProject will address the rework of retail space in the basement of Spangler Center to accommodate the expansion done to the actual kitchen. Scope will include reducing the size of three leased retail spaces (COOP, USPS, Tec Doc) to increase Spangler Kitchen. Work will entail moving walls, teledata, and other adjustments to finishes.
