Project DescriptionNorth Phase II consists of full ACM ceiling removal, MEP and finishes throughout. Full hazmat abatement and replacement of ceilings in all common and dorm spaces, floors 1-6. All dorm rooms will be upgraded with all new finishes, closet modifications, lighting and MFE. Floors 1-6 common spaces will recieve new finishes, carpet and paint. MEP work associated with the phase II of the project, includes vertical branch wiring, updating breaker panel to meet code, full tel/data upgrade to Cat-6eRelated Buildings / Sites
