Project DescriptionThe purpose of the project is to address infrastructure and envelope improvements needed to improve the building energy effiiciency and GHG reduction identified in building audits. The scope of work includes implemention of energy conservation measures related to building lighting controls, HVAC controls and programing, and chilled water pump motor efficiency.
