Project DescriptionProject purpose is twofold: 1) Primary focus is 34 Concord Ave. to evaluate what is needed to bring it up to code and the cost in today's dollars. 2) View the other properties (36, 38, and 40 Concord Ave.) and extrapolate cost per sq ft to develop cost per building for a site-wide renovation master plan. Project structured this way as RIAS would like to use 34 Concord Ave. soon and use information from this project as capital campaign progresses. Project to include study of grading & drainage issues across the Bunting Quadrangle; study of the building envelope, code requirements, and infrastructure needs at 34 Concord Ave.Related Buildings / Sites
