Project DescriptionThis project will replace the fire alarm system which will include replacement of the analog fire alarm system panel and installation of a modern multiplex panel, removal of peripheral devices consisting of smoke detectors, pull stations, audio/visual devices, and upgrades to wiring as required to accept multiplex devices. HVAC work will include replacement of aged equipment, upgrades to controls and modernization of the HVAC system for maximum efficiency and tenant comfort.Related Buildings / Sites
