Project DescriptionThe project includes addressing new plumbing code requirements for the emergency eye washes and showers return loop system (to avoid stagnant water in piping) and maintaining specific water temperature requirements. Scope of work includes replacing (2) existing 250 g holding tanks with (2) new indirect semi-instantaneous semi-instantaneous steam water heaters, providing return lines from branch piping at each floor, and provide valves/connections to heating source to address temperature requirements.Related Buildings / Sites
