Biographical InformationBALCO, Inc., an HVAC contracting company, was founded as the Boston Air Legasse Company in 1946 by Anthony Erbetta. As the firm grew it was known by different names in other regions of the United States. In 2000 it was purchased by EMCOR and is now known as BTE, Building Technology Engineers.
