Charles Herbert McClare

Biographical InformationCharles Herbert McClare was born in New Brunswick, Canada who moved to Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1884 to train under local architects and take classes at Harvard University’s Department of Architecture. Once he was finished studying, McClare opened his own office in the area in 1890. During his career, McClare contributed to the architecture not only in Cambridge and its surrounding areas but to that of particular areas of Canada as well.
