Loammi Baldwin Jr.

Biographical InformationLoammi Baldwin, Jr. was a Boston-based civil engineer and attorney. Baldwin graduated from Harvard College in 1800 and began to practice law eventually giving it up to pursue an interest in engineering. During his engineering career, Baldwin contributed to the plans of many major builds in the Boston area including Fort Strong and the planning of the Bunker Hill monument.
