Francis Ward Chandler

Biographical InformationFrancis Ward Chandler was born in Boston in 1844 and later studied at Harvard until the Civil War. After the war he studied architecture through apprenticeship at the firm of Ware and Van Brunt in Boston. In 1875 he joined Edward Clarke Cabot to found the firm Cabot and Chandler.
