Site Name HistoryThe site is named after Roy Edward Larsen (1899-1979), founder and chairman of Time Magazine.Historical NotesLarsen Hall was designed by the Houston, Texas-based firm of Caudill Rowlett and Scott and completed in 1965. Funds for its construction came from over a hundred donors along with grants from foundations and the federal government. It serves the Graduate School of Education as an academic office and classroom building.
