Site Name HistoryThe site is named after its address and function.Historical NotesThe Linden Street Studios were designed by Boston-based Coolidge and Carlson in 1908, built as squash courts by a private developer. Harvard acquired the building in 1916 along with Randolph Hall in exchange for College House, and currently uses it for art studios. Originally there were 14 courts of university use with 6 courts reserved for Adams House use.
