Project DescriptionThe project will repurpose the facility as a barrier viviarium focussing on appropriate biosafety, cage capacity, and cagewash support core while improving flow of people, animals, and materials. Much of the exisitng infrastructure will remain. The new facility aspires to include high-density ergonomic caging, improved odor control, and automatic watering. The new facility supports planned vivarium need on campus.
