Site Name HistoryThe site is named for Seeley Greenleaf Mudd (1895 – 1968), a physician, professor, and benefactor to Harvard and other academic institutions. Historical NotesThe Seeley Mudd building was designed by The Architects Collaborative of Cambridge for Harvard Medical School and opened in 1975. It was funded by a grant from the Seeley G. Mudd Fund of Los Angeles.
