Project DescriptionThis project will install updated direct digital controls for 55 of the 94 fan coil units in Pierce Hall as listed in the OFS/FMO Energy Audit dated 12/2010 by item ECR-25. This includes supplying and installing a new control valve on each unit. We will be adding occupancy sensors to be used for resetting the space temperature set points and to shut off lights in these rooms. The pipe insulation will be repaired after the valve installation within the FCU by Siemens.Related Buildings / Sites
