Project DescriptionThe purpose of this project is to replace the existing elevator at the ESL Building, 58 Oxford Street. The elevator modernization scope will include replacement of all the mechanical and control components including the overhead traction machine, hoist motor, elevator controller and motor drive. Existing components to be retained an reused include the car frame and platform, counterweight, and guide rails. Building electrical, and HVAC upgrades will be included as required to support elevator work.
