Project DescriptionThe project will modernize the Pierce Hall Elevator with replacement of all major mechanical and control components. The project scope will replace the controls system, hydraulic cylinder and liner, hydraulic pump, car doors. Items to be retained and reused include the elevator car frame, platform, and hoistway entrance frames. Related electrical and HVAC upgrades will be required for the elevator modernization.
