Project DescriptionThe purpose of this project is to update all lighting throughout the dorm rooms and common sapce to meet energy code and improve lighting conditions. The 1st phase will entail the upgrading to all the existing lighting in the building with energy efficient electronic ballast lighting. Motion sensors will be added to all bathrooms and closet areas. The 2nd phase will be to paint all 97 dorm room and suite areas that have not had comprehensive
