The locations of underground pipes and conduits have been determined from record plans and are approximate only. Locations of underground structures may vary from locations shown hereon. Additional buried utilities/structures may be encountered. The proper utility engineering department/company should be consulted and the actual locations of subsurface structures should be determined in the field before planning future connections. Contact the Dig Safe call center at 1-888-344-7233 seventy-two hours prior to excavation, blasting, grading, and/or paving. -- 7. Building footprints and property lines outside of survey limits were obtained from City of Cambridge GIS. -- The following ALTA certification is given with respect to the following poperties owned by the President and Fellows of Harvard College: 1. Property bounded by Massachusetts Avenue, Everett Street, Oxford Street, and the former location of Jarvis Street, known as the northwest corner parcel; -- 2. The property bounded by Mellen Street, Massachusetts Avenue, Wendell Street, land now or formerly of Wendell Street Limited Partnership and land now or formerly of Lesley College, known as the North Hall lot. -- This is to certify that this plan and the survey on which it is based were made in accordance with the "minimum standard detail requirements for ALTA/ACSM land title surveys" jointly established and adopted by ALTA, ACSM, and ASPS in 2005, and including items 3, 4, 5, 8, 10, 11 (A), 11(B), 13, and 15 of table A thereof. Pursuant to the accuracy standards as adopted by ALTA, NSPS and ACSM and in effect on the date of this certification, the undersigned further certifies that the positional accuracy of this survey exceeds that which is specefied therein. -- I further certify that the parcel shown hereon lies with a zone "c" (areas of minimal flooding) as shown on the flood insurace rate map for the City of Cambridge, Massachusetts, community-panel no. 250186 0002 B, effective date: July 5, 1982.
